Paralympic Sledge Hockey World Championships

Last night I had the honor of handing out medals to the US Paralympic Sledge Hockey team at the conclusion of the World Championship Tournament. The US team won the bronze medal during the games. They played great throughout the tourney!!!

Canada won gold with a last-minute go-ahead goal to beat Norway in an exciting finish to the games...
Below, I congratulated Norway for winning silver due to their great play throughout the week...

The US Team took a bow for the crowd before heading home... I'll be sure to keep following this team from now on!
